The project of two residential houses in the blank spaces between the multi – storey residential houses in Mydlářka Street in Prague 6.

The overall shape of the building is determined by the effort to appropriately represent the corner between Plzeňská and Vrchlického Streets. Visually it fits into the given location, respects the shape of the land and the height level of the surrounding buildings.
The floor plan of the typical building has a triangular shape with rounded corners. The building has three basements and eight floors above ground, with the seventh and eighth floors set back.

The project was developed by the design office Doležel architekti s.r.o. and its construction was started in January 2020 and completed in September 2022.
Restaurant KFC, Beroun
The fast food restaurant is located in the area of the OMV Beroun Sever petrol station near the D5 motorway in the direction to Plzeň.
The new two-storey restaurant with Drive-Thru provides 134 seats inside and another 10 seats in the garden.
The restaurant was opened in September 2023.
