We are a tool that transforms the idea into an investment plan, overcomes obstacles together with the customer and implements a functioning, meaningful investment from projects in all necessary stages, ensuring the expected return to the customer.
We offer comprehensive services to investors in the field of construction. We specialize primarily in projects from the retail-oriented investment segment, such as fuel stations, restaurants, multifunctional buildings and residential complexes or individual projects provided for specific clients in a customer-friendly manner.
Our goal is to create a portfolio of customers that is stable, interested in longer-term mutually beneficial cooperation.
The measure of the success for our company is maximal customer satisfaction.
JS Plan s.r.o. established in April 2009. The managing director of the company is Jaromír Svatoš – an authorized engineer:
